They might look a bit grim but these lamb slices are a huge hit with all the doggies I know!
These are completely natural slices of lamb skin with the hair still attached; they’ve been air dried and have no yucky chemicals added. Sometimes the hair is short and smooth but sometimes you get big woolly bits on too… Bob hasn’t minded at all which bit he’s been given!
Hair on treats are a great natural de-wormer; as the hair passes through the digestive tract, it “sweeps” the lining and collects parasites. Yep thier poop might like a bit funny the next day but it’s not usually too obvious!
In my experience, most doggies get big wide saucer eyes of excitement when you give them their first hair on treat, as if to say “Really?! Is that actually for me?! Amazing!”. Bob loved his so much he took it out in the garden, flung it in the air and played with it for 10 minutes before calming down enough to actually chew it!
It’s one of our longer lasting chews, even for the power kids out there, and I strongly advise you give it them in the garden… unless you don’t mind hair on your sofa/rug!
In keeping with our aim to go as plastic free as possible, I will meticulously weigh you 100g of beef slice (typically 2 or 3 decent sized slices) and pop them in a recyclable paper bag for you. If it needs posting I’ll put it in a cardboard box for protection but if you’re local I’ll deliver it in the bag with a big grin.
